The apparatus can be configured to estimate a position of one or more body parts of a user relative to a spatial audio output system and enable one or more spatial audio items to be provided via the spatial audio output system so that the one or more spatial audio items are provided at positions determined, at least in part, by the position of the one or more body parts of the user and one or more distraction criteria associated with the one or more spatial audio items.
