I studied for my master’s degree in mathematics at the University of Cambridge with a focus on applied mathematics and theoretical physics, specialising in fluid dynamics. I took courses in low-Reynold’s number and non-NewotinIn the summer before my final year, I worked at Full Matrix under the UKAEA internship scheme researching the effects of heating on ultrasound propagation and modifying the FEM software to model it - it must have been a good impression, as I’m now back as a fully-fledged research scientist developing our numerical modelling capabilities even further.
